i know this has all been talked about before but nothing has hapend . i would just like to see how much interest there wud be in organizing a league rankings event over a number of weeks , obviously we would need most of the top players to play to get them accurate so if anyone would be interested post ur name below, i know that certain nights wud not suit every one so i was thinkin that there would be a set night but if 2 players could not make it they could arrange a night to play each other or if anyone has any other suggestions please post, just think it would be a good thing to have league rankings

will this be played during the league season or in the summer, will the format depend on how many enter, what will the scoring be 3pts for a win etc, once all this and many other issues are resolved and its a little more clearer to players i think it would be a success

me and tammy are goin to talk about it and decide on formats etc tonite so will post exact details within next cuple days but i think it would be started late march if possible depends on entries etc but would be good for every one to post names just now even if its just a maybe, so we can get a rough idea of numbers |

if you were to get up to 32 names, just do it like the super 15's, 4 groups of 8, top four go through and a finals day of 16 player, whats the entry fee and will the last 8 get paid out and have we a sponsor

thats the hole point in this tourney u have to beat the best to get a good ranking.it would be jst the same kind of format as the IM's for the first year jst a normal draw.the secound year u can do a seeded draw ovb determand on where u finish at the end of the year .but the first year u jst need to hope u avoid the big boys thats the only fair way to start it.

Tam, does this mean that free practice for nonsuch A,B or C players on a monday nite will no longer be available when this starts?

good luck mate trying to orginise this but you know wot most of them are like at paying there butlins cash think if you end up with 40 players thats 20 games to try and squeeze into 1 night and gemma will prob only give you 3 tables if your lucky nightmare city will prob take about 2 years to get it completed

if u can get it to work that was where u play evey1 that would be better more match and it will last longer maybe 2 long lol.but the IM'S format is a ko tourney ano is not on the same kind of scale but u could alter it think thats still the best way.al get my dear mother to bring the monet down to the nony im not back till the first or second wee in aprill

There will be enough tables to cover this event plus the free pool that nonsuch players get i`ve already had a response from 14 players who are paying their entry fee tonight before their league games start i hope eventually this event will become as popular and as strong as the C.A.P.L thanks to all that have contacted me and shown their interest if anyone is interested pm me or Lee or call me on07883105682 but the only way to guarantee ur entry is by paying your entry fee 4 players have paid already and 10 have said their paying tonight the entry will definately stop at 40players and looking forward it will generate between £1200 to £1600 to be distributed among all participents |

ano a few of use are sayin ko tournament nd im style bt this is defo gona be a round robin style as tammy said its only way to get correct rankins. personaly myself wud like it to be 36 players 4 groups of 8 like countys 4 qualifying but instead of a last 16 make 2 more groups of 8 then u will have a final group of 8 from the qualifiers, with either each player playing each other and final 2 play finale or final 4 play a semi or even just winner of final group winning it, me and tammy will sit and descuss our ideas on saturday and come to an agreement of how its gona be done. also tammy if u have names there of people who have enterd or are interested can u pm them to me or put them on here and il add them to list to give a rought idea of numbers cheers. any 1 with any Qs or wud like there name put in phone or text me on 07538378200 or tam whos numbers above |

there have been 8 players who have officially entered this league i`ve been assured by no less than 21 others that they will commit tomoro??that would leave 11 places left however we cant guarantee that 21 players will indeed commit? i will post all official entrants tomorrow nite myself and Lee will be in nony @2pm mora to take names and answer questions on format rules etc |

It appears some people think this is an invitational?? not the case nor is it a C.A.P.L Event?this is a league in its own rite which will eventually affiliate 2 the S.P.A entants T NEWALL,C NEWALL S BOWIE G SILLARS KIWI, A HILL ,S KEARNEY,J HARVIE,A BEATTIE,MONKEY,C MACLEOD,J MILLER,J KEAN,J McKENZIE,D TRAIN,B MAXWELL and J WILSON there are also 22 other players wanting to comit but not paid as yet? whoever pays 1st gets in no players will be entered before their place is paid for  |
