For this to work we need the help of the League committees, and we ask them to consult with their members to establish how many teams they will enter as a matter of urgency, A teams & B teams, there is no limit to the number of B teams you enter and they should be referred to as B1, B2 and so on,(we will take B1’s first if we get over subscribed) .We have a lot of work to do setting up these events and your help will be much appreciated.
Conditions:
Only leagues /Sections who enter an A team in the main event can enter a B team.
The SPA tournament committee have the right to veto the standard of players entering the B team event.
Players cannot play in both events
Extra Accommodation for friends and family:
there will be no extra caravans at Pet Bay, there is a hotel on site and you should make your own enquiries. Extra units will be available at Craig Tara and we need to know for the September SPA meeting. All fees must be paid at or before the September SPA meeting. Team ballot for this year & qualifying format for the following years subject to ratification by the full SPA committee
